Our Center

Collaborative Education Center, LLC was founded in August 2023 by business partners Natalie Hubert and Tatiana Hannoush to serve the educational needs of families with children ages 5 to 12 in the Greater Hartford and Central Connecticut area.

We created the Center with a deep belief in every child’s potential and a shared commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized academic and social support that helps each child thrive.

The people behind Collaborative Education Center

Meet Natalie Hubert

Co-Founder & Director of curriculum and education

With over 20 years of experience in teaching and administration, Natalie is a passionate educator dedicated to helping children succeed. She holds certifications in both general and special education in Connecticut and New York, and has earned a degree in Education and Special Education, along with a Master of Science in Reading Instruction.

Natalie has worked with hundreds of children ages 5 to 12 across public and private school settings. Her expertise in assessment, instruction, and curriculum development forms a strong foundation for the Collaborative Education Center’s programs.

Beyond the classroom, Natalie is a proud mother of three adult children. While they’ve moved out, she happily insists that she’s far from being an empty nester. When she’s not designing learning experiences or mentoring young learners, she enjoys spending time with her family by the water in Rhode Island.

Fluent in Spanish, Tatiana is passionate about bringing the vision and mission of the Collaborative Education Center LLC to life. She leads our brand identity, visual communications, and social media presence, while also helping maintain an organized, welcoming environment for the families we serve.
