Collaborative Education Center, LLC was founded in August 2023 to serve the educational needs of families with children ages 5 to 12 in the Greater Hartford and Central Connecticut area.
We created the Center with a deep belief in every child’s potential and a shared commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized academic and social support that helps each child thrive.

Meet Natalie Hubert
Owner / Director of curriculum and education
With over 25 years of experience in teaching and administration, Natalie is a passionate educator dedicated to helping children succeed. She holds certifications in both general and special education in Connecticut and New York, and has earned a degree in Education and Special Education, along with a Master of Science in Reading Instruction.
Natalie has worked with hundreds of children ages 5 to 12 across public and private school settings. Her expertise in assessment, instruction, and curriculum development forms a strong foundation for the Collaborative Education Center’s programs.

Meet Kelly Cabell
Elementary Literacy and Math Teacher
Kelly brings to our center, her 35 years of experience as an elementary school teacher in both, West Hartford, and Farmington, where she specialized in fostering academic success through engaging and innovative teaching methods.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Reading from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in School Counseling.
Kelly's expertise includes math and literacy instruction, curriculum design, and tailored support for diverse learning needs. Her warm, student-centered approach and dedication to education make her an invaluable addition to our center. We’re excited for your children to learn and thrive under her guidance!
Meet Karen Graves
Middle School Math Teacher
Karen brings nearly three decades of experience in middle and high school mathematics education. She has taught a wide range of math courses, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus, across multiple grade levels and ability groups.
Throughout her career, Karen has contributed to curriculum development, supported student success through collaborative team efforts, and maintained strong communication with families and school staff. Her approach is rooted in creating student-centered learning experiences that foster confidence and mastery.
Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from Central Connecticut State University and is certified to teach secondary mathematics in Connecticut. She is deeply committed to helping students build strong foundations in math and thrive in their academic journey.
